At the beginning of the 1980s, abandoning a promising career as a lawyer, Pierre Durand devotes himself, body and soul, to his passion: show jumping.Supported by his father, he invests everything in a young horse called Jappeloup, even though no one else Pierre has made a good choice. Too small, too temperamental, and too unpredictable, the horse has many flaws but also has remarkable poise and abilities. From competition to competition, horse and rider progress and impose themselves in thehorse-riding world. But the Olympic Games in Los Angeles are a terrible failure and Pierre becomes aware of his weaknesses. With help from Nadia, his wife, and Raphaëlle, Jappeloup’s groom, Pierre wins the horse’s trust and builds a relationship which will lead them both to the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988.

WED 6/4 @ 7:00PM – TOUR DE FORCE (La grande boucle)
François is mad about the Tour de France. Fired by his boss and dumped by his wife, he sets off on the Grande Boucle one day ahead of the professional cyclists. Initially alone, he is quickly joined by others, inspired by his defiance. The obstacles are many, but the rumor of his feat spreads. The media goes wild and crowds cheer him on. The Tour’s yellow jersey is in his sights. François must be stopped!
WED 6/4 @ 9:30PM – UNDER THE RAINBOW (A bout du conte)
Laura is still waiting for Prince Charming at the age of 24. So when Sandro appears at a party, exactly like her Prince would in her dreams, she thinks she’s found the right one. But then again, when she meets Maxime, Laura starts to wonder if some Princes could be more charming than others?Of course Sandro has problems of his own : his father, Pierre, just bumped into Madam Irma at his father’s funeral and this reminded him of the date of his own death which Madame Irma had predicted ages ago. Now Pierre is unable to make any plans, not with his new partner Eleonore, nor with Sandro. And Maxime has his own problems, and so does Eleonore, Marianne, Jacqueline and many others. But don’t worry, in the end, they’ll all live happily ever after.
