DER FLIEGENDE HOLLANDER – Royal Opera House

NR  |  2 hours 20 minutes

Wagner’s first masterpiece DER FLIEGENDE HOLLÄNDER explores the themes of damnation and redemption that would fascinate the composer throughout his career. In this tale of a captain forced to sail the seas for eternity unless released by the faithful love of a good woman, and the lonely girl who longs to save him, Wagner created two unforgettable characters operating near the limits of human emotion. THE DUCHESS OF MALFI – Shakespeare’s Globe on Screen

NR  |  2 hours 30 minutes
